The sales team was super helpful, friendly, and really knew their stuff. Any follow-up questions I had were handled fast. The delivery time was right on the money. The chairs showed up in mint condition and they look fantastic.

Fantastic service from beginning to end! The whole ordering process was super simple, and the team was really nice and accommodating. I was thrilled that Lime could bring my furniture since I’m 400 miles away! They kept me updated on my order's status and gave me ample notice for the delivery. The delivery crew was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring everything was set up right before they cleaned up and left. Overall, I was very happy with the service I got, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lime because of their warm and professional approach.

"Staff That Go Above and Beyond"
The staff here are just amazing! They helped me find a new table top after the old one got wrecked during a move. They really went the extra mile to help out and even took care of getting rid of the three-meter damaged piece. Honestly, I have no clue how we would’ve managed without their help. It was a pleasure working with them, and the delivery crew was just as great.

Fantastic items that really shine on their own. No pushy sales tactics in the shop, just a warm, knowledgeable service. Our couch showed up sooner than we thought it would, which was awesome. The delivery crew was cheerful and accommodating. Overall, a really good experience.

"Smooth Sailing from Order to Arrival"
The whole journey from placing my order to the delivery was super easy. The two guys who brought the stuff were really nice and considerate, especially since we had just painted the downstairs. They made sure not to scratch the walls while moving in the big furniture. I had a change of heart about something during the ordering, and the team adjusted my order and got back to me on the same day I asked. Definitely giving this five stars!!!

The team is super friendly and easy to talk to. They provided helpful advice whenever I needed it, showing their professionalism. The transaction was a breeze, whether I did it online or over the phone. My order arrived right on schedule (even before the deadline!), and they took care of the assembly. Everything was delivered safely and organized well. They even left the place tidy afterwards. Just a heads up, though—they're not equipped to handle the installation of electrical items.
